Group Training

We offer Customized Group Packages to help you achieve your fitness goals, such as neighborhood groups, corporate wellness, or just a group of friends.  Package includes 10 sessions of training, twice a week, for one hour increments. All groups must consist of at least 6 members. Morning, lunch and evening training sessions available.

Example group workout:

Relays, weights, core training, team exercises

Games, competition, push-ups, sit-ups, planks

Location: neighborhood/office/park/pavilion/place of your choice…
