Personal Training

TRUGrit offers customized personal training in the privacy of your own home.  We invest in a partnership with you by bringing accountability, structure, and education to achieve your goals! We have packages that include 2, 3, or 4 days per week, as well as a customized monthly workout package you can do on your own at home or at the gym.  All you need to start is an initial assessment!
